Ray Stata is a co-founder of Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI), where he served as chief executive officer and now serves as chairman of the board. Upon his retirement as CEO, Stata began funding and directing new start-up ventures.
Mr. Stata has been an investor and board member at Nexabit Networks, a backbone router company; Libit, an Israeli cable modem company; and Epicon, a software distribution company. More recently, Stata was involved with Axsun, OmniGuide, TransChip, NeuroLogica, Deploy Solutions and Passave, a PON company located in Israel.
Mr. Stata stays active in the high tech industry and in public service. He is a founder and the first president of the Massachusetts High Technology Council and is currently a member of MHTC's board of directors. He is also a founder of the Center for Quality of Management and served as its chairman until 2006.
Mr. Stata holds a B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from MIT, is chairman of the Visiting Committee of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a member of MIT's executive committee. In 1984 he was elected a member of the MIT Corporation and now serves as a life member.

Jonathan M. Sandler, Managing Director, IndUS Growth Partners
Jon is the Managing Director of the Boston-based strategic investment firm IndUS Growth Partners, an affiliate of the Mumbai-based Piramal Group. Founded in 2010, IndUS GP invests in US companies in the Financial Services, Infrastructure and Defense verticals, with an eye towards providing portfolio companies with facilitated access to the Indian marketplace and capital to capture the attendant growth opportunities. Prior to founding IndUS GP, Jon spent sixteen years at the Kessler Group, a global leader in partnership marketing and investment banking for the credit card industry. Jon was Kessler’s Vice Chairman and during his career he served as CEO of its international business which he founded in 1998, Group CFO, Head of Global Marketing and lastly as CEO of Kessler Capital, which he founded in 2007. While at Kessler, Jon managed teams of business development executives and partnership marketers and negotiated partnership agreements with myriad prominent financial services firms and partner organizations. Earlier in his career, Jon spent time at the MAC Group/Gemini Consulting and Bankers Trust Company. Jon holds both a BA and an MBA from Harvard University. He is a Trustee of the Rashi School and Combined Jewish Philanthropies.

Samuel C. Sichko, Partner, Bowditch & Dewey
Mr. Sichko has more than 20 years experience and specializes in representing very high-net-worth individuals and families as counsel and as trustee. As trustee, Mr. Sichko oversees both public and private investments, including investments with various private equity funds, hedge funds, and other alternative investment entities. Mr. Sichko also specializes in the formation and operation of tax-exempt organizations, and has represented clients before the United States Tax Court, the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board, various courts throughout Massachusetts, and in administrative proceedings with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and the Internal Revenue Service.
Mr. Sichko has served as a judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps. His duties included serving as chief trial counsel for Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina; Special Assistant United States Attorney for the State of South Carolina; Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for the 3rd Marine Division, Okinawa, Japan; and Assistant Professor of Law at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
Mr. Sichko is a member of the American, Massachusetts, and Boston Bar Associations.
Mr. Sichko is a United States Naval Academy graduate with distinction. He holds a J.D., Harvard Law School and L.L.M, Taxation from Boston University.

Mukesh Chatter, President and CEO
Mukesh Chatter has extensive entrepreneurial and management experience in starting and managing high-technology companies. In 1997 he founded Nexabit Networks, a highly successful terabit switch/router company which was acquired by Lucent Technologies in July of 1999. A noted systems architect, Mukesh invented the innovative, scalable, terabits per second switching fabric technology. Mukesh served as President and CEO of Nexabit. He subsequently was Vice President & General Manager of IP products at Lucent Technologies. Prior to Nexabit, his experience includes the design and development of networking equipment and supercomputers, and holds several patents in these areas. In year 2000, he founded Axiowave Networks, Inc. and was its President and CEO. Mukesh was a general partner at NeoNet LLC in 2005 and 2006, an investment firm focused on out-of-the-box innovative ventures including energy efficiency, Internet applications, and medical equipment.
He was chosen as one of the top ten entrepreneurs in 1999 by the Red Herring magazine. He was also named Rensselaer Entrepreneur of the Year 2001. Mukesh has received similar coverage in numerous prestigious publications over the years.
Mukesh currently serves on the boards of MachFlow, Inc. and neoSaej. He is also on the advisory council of Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
He holds a master's degree in Computer & Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.

Thomas R. Venables, Former President and CEO, Benjamin Franklin Bancorp.
Thomas Venables has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of three banks. He began his banking career in 1974 at Grove Bank in Chestnut Hill, MA, becoming Chief Financial Officer in 1980, and then President and CEO in 1986. Under his leadership, Grove Bank was converted to a public stock company and grew in assets from $90 million in 1986 to $750 million in 1997, when it was sold to Citizens Bank.
In 1999, he co-founded Lighthouse Bank in Waltham, MA and served as President and CEO. Lighthouse Bank was New England’s first Internet-only bank, and was ranked the nation’s second best Internet bank by Gomez.com in 2001. In 2001 Lighthouse Bank merged with Brookline Bank.
In 2002, he became President and CEO of Benjamin Franklin Bancorp, Inc. - a community-based commercial bank headquartered in Franklin, MA with $400 million in assets. During 2005 he converted the bank to a public stock company and completed a simultaneous acquisition of a commercial bank. In 2009, Benjamin Franklin Bancorp grew to $1 billion in assets and was sold to Independent Bancorp, Inc.
Mr. Venables also served as a banking consultant to Marsh and McLennan Capital, Inc. and as a real estate development and business consultant. He currently serves on the boards of Independent Bancorp, Inc, its subsidiary bank Rockland Trust Company, and on the board of Ironwood Capital Management.
Thomas Venables graduated from Boston College and received an MBA from Bentley University. He is also a graduate of the National School of Banking at Fairfield University.

Priti Chatter, General Partner, NeoNet, LLC.
Priti Chatter is a successful entrepreneur and is currently general partner at NeoNet LLC, a capital investment firm. Previously she was co-founder of two technology startups, Nexabit Networks and Axiowave Networks in the telecom/networking space. Her first startup Nexabit was acquired by Lucent Technologies in 1999. Her primary focus was marketing and media communications; in addition to the wider responsibilities inherent in the startups including building teams and finance. She also serves as a trustee at the Nashoba Brooks School.
Priti graduated from Calcutta University with a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry and holds a Masters in Administration from Boston College.
